I don't know if any of you guys outside the U.K have heard of Martin Simpson (who played guitar and ashbory on this record) but he is quite famous in folk music circles over here.

I haven't heard this record but may buy it just to her the ashbory.

Btw have you guys searched for Ashbory on YouTube recentlt? There is LOTS of stuff on there.

ROOTS ROCK REGGAE

All the tracks on my band's site feature me playing my Ashbory (not very well because I'm still learning).

We have a new album due for release around easter and all tracks feature  the Ash which is now my main bass.

Our album "American Musette" by Wack-A-Doo (on CD Baby) uses the Ashbory exclusively. The best sounding snippets are on the CD Baby site, but our website has some too:

These are with the Ashbory using a Planet Waves tuner clamp on the headstock and nice eq in the mix. Our next CD is with the bass plugged in direct. I'll post links as soon as the CD is done if there is interest.
