"Pulse Tap" technique with example video online
« on: October 12, 2002, 04:47:07 AM »

I have video of the "Pulse Tap" technique, where the left hand muted the string near the nut and the right hand is positioned with fingers parallel to the strings, "fretting" and striking the string at the same time.

I don't do any two string chords on that little 15 second example clip, but they are cool too.

This site and instrument are too cool  8)

I played a Chapman Stick years ago and love this tapping technique.

I actually have a Chapman StickBass on order, but this little monster has me  thinking.  I got a get one   :D
