batteries
« on: September 23, 2003, 01:05:15 AM »

What manufactured batteries work best, came with some unfamilar brand lasted about 4 hrs. active playing time may have had it active but not playing about the same time. What is about the average active battery  life for playing, does playing use more battery energy than just having it pluged in not using. Sure wish this thing had a toddle switch that could activate the EQ. Was told that Duracell or other alkaline batteries will give me better results.
Great instrument, nothing around like it

battery life

I've had excellent battery life on my DeArmond, best described as many, many hours.

If you aren't, make sure you unplug the bass when not using it, since the 1/4 inch jack serves as the on/off switch.
