Hi all
just found time to do a post
saw my first Ashbory in about 92 in a Sydney guitar shop
the guy wouldn't let me touch it let alone plug it in
wondered about it forever after
went looking on the net for 5 string violin pickups and found the Alun Ashworth electronics site and  thereby came across the Ashbory bass story, bought a fine violin pickup and decided a couple of bass pickups might as well be thrown in as they look like a short & sweet project, had some suitable wood lying about (NSW Rosewood) and later came across Largesound in the search for those tuners... Alun is a sweet guy and very helpful and hasn't he started something! Thanks Brock for your passion too. Unhesitatingly recommend doing business with them.

I play upright Double Bass Banjo and electric bass so this is right up my alley.
