capo and reduce string breaks

Hey guys

Anybody who likes a lower action and wants to reduce string breakage may like this:
I tune down a whole step, then capo on the second "fret".  Havn't broke a string yet since I've been doing this.  I prefer the Planet Waves capo since you can control the pressure applied to the strings.  Works like a charm, also gives your open strings that wonderful fretless bass sound.  Shortens the scale even more, but you get used to it quickly.  This bass sounds amazing.
