Greetings,
Hopefully sooner than later I'll be ordering my Ashbory from Largesound. (My birthday is Sunday! ) I'm getting back into playing after about a 20+ year absence. Because of my work I live in a 5th wheel (large Caravan for those from the other side of the pond) and was looking for a bass that was very compact. What got me going was sitting in with a bluegrass band at the church where I'm currently serving. I love the upright but there's no way I could have room for one.

I'm sure I'll have many a question but so far the forum has been perfect.

A Frost Red one which will go good with the black Pahoehoe Strings.

(BTW the Pahoehoe need to be pre-stretched as well don't they?)

I'm thrilled to be back to playing even if I'm the only one in the house that is.

I didn't pre stretch the pahoehoes and I have had no problems with them.
