Mini Plug transformer?
« on: August 24, 2010, 07:10:37 PM »

Does anybody know whether there is a transformer that can let you plug the Ashbory into an MP3 jack -- the aux in a car stereo or a speaker designed for an Ipod or other MP3 player?
I'd love to be able to travel with the Ash and not have to take an amp as well.

Dragonfly stethoscope option works great for me, I use it on my electric guitar also:

Great question. My cars are all too old for this test, but I'd guess a headphone amp would work great because it is designed to produce headphone out levels, just like an MP3 player. The signal out might be too rough for a car stereo... ...I don't know.
